It’s understood that the Kilmarnock guardian failed a medical before the planned move to Celtic on Saturday.
Neil Lennon said after Celtic’s 2-0 win over Rangers that he was”optimistic” Taylor would signal until Monday night’s deadline, but that there was”a hold up at the Kilmarnock end”.
Kilmarnock and Celtic remain in talks over Jack Hendry’s possible season-long loan and the price of Calvin Miller.
