Governor Mark Gordon finalized HB0171/ HEA No. 0110 into legislation today, formally legalizing the cultivation and product product sales of hemp and CBD oil into the state of Wyoming. President Trump finalized the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the Farm Bill) into law late in December of 2018, which eliminated hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) through the Controlled Substances Act in states that elect to manage it.
