It sure does feel great to run good! Yet another winner was picked up by us every evening, our win in out past eleven bets, when we endorsed the Boston Red Sox on the road. I believed that even though the Red Sox were small favorites (-119) that they were undervalued. And it might be worse for Lucchesi since he has nine walks and has done a good job of working to and back from jams.
One thing that has been steady for Lucchesi this year however well he manages to pitch is that the Padres tend to lose much when he’s on the mound. The Padres have lost nine from his last twelve begins, and about the year, they are only 10-14 if Lucchesi begins.
This is just another number that is lousy. Yeah, Brian Johnson has been weak this season. However, since returning from injury, he has been somewhat better, and it’ll be tonight against a Padres team that just can’t hit the ball, when he’s ever likely to look great. And we watched that the Red Sox are keeping their starters and are enjoying with baseball. Expect him to have pulled prior to the Padres can do real damage, if Johnson struggles early.
And when you look at Joey Lucchesi, is not like he is a few world-beater. The guy is currently averaging only more than one winning a decision a month as April. Yeah, he’s looked ok recently against the likes of the feeble flying Tampa Bay Rays and Seattle Mariners.
But when he has faced teams that may hit the ball like this Red Sox team has, he hasn’t been great. He has confronted the Dodgers two and has since given up a seven. And contrary to the Cubs he has blasted for six runs in four innings. I believe Boston finds a way today to place up runs on the board against Lucchesi.
Even the Red Sox have mastered this series thus far. They came as the team that was far superior, and it indicates in both these games. Yeah, perhaps you may give a slight nod to Lucchesi over Johnson on the mound, but this is not likely to scare me off the fact I get to back the defending world champs, that are on fire at this time, getting dog cash against an out of emptiness Padres team.
I have preached it all year, quit making your bets all based on the starting pitching matchup! Yes, the pitching matchup matters, a lot. Overs/Unders: A match must reach full time for stakes on the total amount of goals scored in the match to be valid.

This week, we have a 13-fight card in Boise, Idaho. It is headlined by Junior Dos Santos vs Blagoy Ivanov, that is making his UFC debut. DraftKings has smaller competitions for this card because it is only a Fight Night card with lesser known name, but there’s still well over $100k to be obtained. I’ll be chasing my fair share of the money and that I trust you guys will be . Listed below are a few plays I enjoy this weekend along with my fade of the week.
Cash Game play of the week — Alexander Volkanovski ($9,200)
I believe Volkanovski is the”safest” play on this particular card along with his -300 gaming lineup would agree with me. That’s where I will be starting my lineup this week and I’ll figure out the rest from there. Volkanovski averages 116.5 DK points during his first four UFC fights so he has a ton of upside as well. He could potential score more than two other winners on this particular card combined. I really do think he is in drama for GPPs too for this reason, but he will likely be the most peculiar owned fighter on the card and we don’t care about possession as much in money games. I’d suggest paying for the expensive cost in your cash games and I then search for three or more others wins you’re confident in.
GPP play of the week — Junior Dos Santos ($8,700)
JDS ought to be the way better striker in this fight and I think that is where the fight will take place. He can get KO’d at the opening seconds of the fight and score 0 points, but this is what makes him a GPP drama instead of a money match play. With both of these Heavyweights, we need to likely find a KO inside the 25-minues and that I feel the former champion, JDS, will be the one to receive it. He has never landed greater than 1 takedown at a fight and Wineland has exceptional takedown defense, therefore we must see this fight occur on the toes. I believe Perez should be the person to get his hands raised in the end but I think it will be through conclusion. If that is true then he could score ~60 points in a win, and at $9.1k that is not likely to win anyone a tournament. I will be full fading Perez this week and hoping he doesn’t get the end and he is my official fade of the week.
