How to Stay Safe and Avoid Risk When Betting Online

Is online gaming safe?
We get asked this question a lot, and we always give the same answer. Online betting IS safe, but only in the event that you take some precautions. It is ultimately down to YOU to make sure your personal security.
There’s no denying that betting online for real cash involves some risk. There’s the obvious risk of dropping money on wagers of course, but that’s not what we’re talking here. We are referring to the risk of getting ripped off or cheated in some way, or even the danger of getting into legal trouble. These risks, amongst others, are why folks worry about the safety of internet gambling.
Even though it is not a terrible thing to be wary of the dangers involved, the simple fact is that there is not really much to be concerned about. Very few men and women who gamble online have to confront any real safety problems, and there’s no reason why you need to either. Preventing the risks and protecting yourself is really pretty simple.
Not convinced? Then this article is just what you want. We look at each of the most frequent safety concerns relating to online gambling, and explain the actions you can take to ensure those concerns DON’T turn into a reality.
Getting Ripped Away or Cheated
This is definitely the most frequent safety concern we hear about. Lots of people worry that online betting sites simply can not be trusted, and we know why. Through the years there have been several gambling sites guilty of a few or all the following.
Disappearing with customer capital.
Not honoring winning wagers.
Not paying withdrawals, or paying very late.
The simple fact that these things have happened at all reflects badly on the online betting industry. It shouldn’t even be possible for websites to rip their customers off or to treat them unfairly.
Regrettably it IS possible, however, and we are not shocked that it happens. There are always going to be individuals in this world who try to scam or cheat others rather than make an honest living. And in some ways the internet has made it easier than ever to eliminate it.
Bearing this in mind, it is not exactly surprising that some people don’t enjoy the idea of betting online for real money. They’re just not familiar with the probability of being ripped off or cheated, and who can blame them?
The good thing is it’s not really that big of a risk.
People do get ripped off and cheated by online gaming websites. We’d be lying if we said otherwise. That doesn’t mean that online betting is fundamentally unsafe though.
Actually, we’d go as far as to say that the opposite is true! There are a few shady websites which operate unethically (to put it mildly), but they are the exception and not the rule. Most betting sites are totally safe to use, and can be trusted to treat their customers in the right way.
So the key to staying safe is just to avoid the shady websites and stick with the legitimate ones. But how do you do that? How can you know which sites can definitely be reliable?
This is easier than you may think. Do a little research to determine which sites meet these criteria.
Licensed and regulated by a reputable governing body.
Been in business for several years.
Positive online reviews.
Lack of negative reports/complaints.
The very first item on this list is particularly important. Any site that is not licensed and regulated ought to be avoided at all costs. That does not mean you can just blindly trust any website which does have an online gaming permit though. Some licenses are really easy to get that they’re barely even plausible. Others are issued to sites that comply with VERY strict regulations and rules. To find more information, please see the report we’ve listed below.
Online Gambling & The Role of Licensing Authorities
The length of time a website has been working is a very good measure of the legitimacy. Shady sites don’t last too long, as they’re continuously getting shut down for one reason or another. So if a website has been around for many decades, it’s likely to be one you can trust.
Online reviews are a wonderful way to find out more about a gaming website. If a site has plenty of positive reviews, that’s obviously a fantastic sign. Particularly when those reviews are from people who have really used those websites. Genuine user reviews generally paint the most accurate picture.
WARNING
You have to be careful about trusting review websites. There are lots of websites that review gambling sites and other gaming sites, but they’re not all 100% fair. A number of them get paid to post positive reviews, which means that you can not expect to find unbiased opinions. Be especially cautious when every single review appears to be positive, and all sites get 5 stars or 10/10 evaluations.
We’ve got our very own review section here at GamblingSites.com. Our testimonials ARE honest, and based on a blend of their own experiences and additional study. We write about the good and the bad, providing our readers with balanced views and the information that they really must know.
When a betting site does engage in unethical behavior, it’s very possible that the people affected will openly express their concerns for everyone to see. That is why we advocate searching for negative reports and complaints. Simply do a Google search using the site name and”scam,””criticism,” or something comparable. If there’s anything bad you should know, you’re likely going to find it. If you do not find anything, then that is a good sign.
Please be aware that none of those individual criteria we have discussed here GUARANTEES that a site is a trustworthy. If you put them together you may be quite confident that a website is legit, but you still will need to proceed with care if you want to protect yourself. We advise testing a site out with small deposits until you are absolutely certain they can be trusted.
We realize that most people who gamble online, or wish to, would like to just sign up using a website and start placing their wagers straight away. Researching various different websites and analyzing them out is just too much hassle. They still wish to stay safe however. Fortunately, we have an answer to this problem.
We have done the hard work, having researched and analyzed a wide range of betting websites. Based on our findings, we’ve compiled of list of recommended websites that we think are the best around. This is finally only our opinion, but one thing is for sure. Each and each of our recommendations is secure to use. They are all valid, trustworthy and reliable. We simply wouldn’t suggest them differently.
Best Sports Betting Websites As advocated by GamblingSites.com
Breaking the Law
Why would anyone be worried about breaking the law when gambling online? Anyone who lives in a country where online gambling is fully legalized or regulated may be wondering this. Unfortunately, in different nations around the world, there are those who fully understand why breaking the law is in question.
These people genuinely don’t know if it is lawful for them to place wagers online, because the online gambling laws in their nations are either outdated, confusing or both. It’s not clear what is legal and what is not, so people naturally worry that putting an online bet MIGHT be breaking the law.
Now, we are not attorneys. We’ve researched the legislation concerning internet gambling extensively though, and we’ve come to two quite clear decisions. The first is that many online gambling laws is targeted at people who supply online gaming services and run gambling sites. The second is that there are no laws that explicitly make it illegal for somebody to put a sports wager online.
What does this mean to you?
Well, in our opinion it means that there’s hardly any risk of getting into legal trouble for betting online. We can’t say for certain that you are 100% protected from breaking the law, but we actually don’t believe this is a problem.
It’s important that you steer clear of betting websites that might be operating lawfully though. The people operating an illegal website are a lot more likely to face prosecution than the customers, but why risk it? Even if you don’t get detained (and you likely won’t), imagine what occurs when an illegal gambling site gets broken? All their resources get seized, which means you’ll probably lose any money you have at the website.
There are loads of gaming sites which operate lawfully within the authorities where they are based. This includes ALL the sites that we recommend. Stick with these and you should never have to worry about any legal difficulties.
Personal Details Being Sold or Stolen
These are just two separate risks really. The risk of your personal details being sold is readily averted, as you simply need to use one of our recommended betting sites. All these are legit websites that simply do not engage in this type of behavior. They won’t sell your email address to other businesses that will spam you to death. Nor will they market your banking information to fraudsters.
They will continue to keep your personal details private, because your safety is important to them.
Using reputable and dependable sites will also lower the chances of your personal information being stolen. These websites utilize the most recent encryption and security technologies to make sure your data is as secure as it could be. There is still SOME threat unfortunately, as even the most reliable companies in the world are finally prone to hackers. Just ask Microsoft, Sony or Amazon. These companies have all been hacked and’d client details stolen.
Realistically, there is only a very small chance that your personal information will be stolen via an internet betting site. Tiny enough that it’s not worth worrying about it. What is more probable is that the info is going to be stolen out of YOU when you’re getting and utilizing betting sites.
Below are some safety tips that will allow you to keep your information safe, and prevent unauthorized access to your betting accounts. We strongly recommend you follow them.
Install anti-virus and anti virus applications on all of your devices, and KEEP IT UPDATED.
Use strong passwords. Ideally with a mix of upper case and lower case letters, numbers and other symbols.
Use different passwords at different sites.
Do not give your usernames or passwords to ANYONE.
Change your passwords regularly.
Use odd security questions/answers.
Don’t send banking information via email, live chat or Skype. Simply enter it straight at a gaming website, where everything is going to be encrypted and secure.
Becoming Addicted
This is not the same type of danger to others mentioned up to now. It is a very real risk though, and one you should definitely be aware of. A small percentage of people do get hooked on online betting, or at least experience some form of problem gaming. If you want to remain safe from these risks, it’s crucial that you gamble responsibly.
Your first step should be to set a budget based on how much you’re prepared to deposit online. This should ideally be a weekly funding or even a monthly budget. It needs to be money which you could afford to lose, which is not required for anything more significant.
Then you have to be quite strict about sticking to a budget. Don’t justify overspending by saying”just this once” or”I’ll win it back.” That’s how problem gambling starts, and things can soon get out of control. Don’t ever borrow money to wager with either. If you don’t have the cash yourself, then you shouldn’t be betting. It’s that easy.
Be aware that many online betting sites enable you to set your personal deposit limitations. Please take advantage of this if you believe overspending is going to be something you struggle with. It is an additional layer of protection that you may be thankful for later.
In addition, we recommend learning about bankroll management and staking plans. This can help you remain in control, and it can even enhance your overall odds of winning money.
Please be aware that it is best to refrain from gambling all together in the event that you’ve got an addictive personality. You might have the ability to stay in control, but you may not. It’s simply not worth the danger.
Overview There’s no actual reason why online betting should not be a completely safe experience. There are a few risks involved for sure, but most of these risks could easily be averted. You simply need to have a few straightforward precautions.
If you just remember one thing from this guide, let it be this; that sites you choose to use CAN and WILL make a difference. By sticking to legitimate and legal websites that can be trusted, you’ll be able to eliminate lots of the common safety concerns. Should you also gamble responsibly, and take some safety measures to guard yourself, you WILL be safe.
Then you can focus on having fun and wanting to acquire some cash, which is EXACTLY what online sports gambling is all about.

UFC 220 fight card — Miocic vs. Ngannou: Predictions, odds, lines, prelims

Getting big is relevant again in combating. Throughout the past year or so, both boxing and MMA have seen somewhat of a rebirth from the heavyweight divisions with Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder and Stipe Miocic rising through the ranks as the best in the world. And with top winners brings a few of the greatest opponents, and on Saturday night in Boston, Miocic will be the first to reply a truly tough test.
The current UFC heavyweight champion is set to carry on possibly the funniest puncher in MMA when he squares off against Francis Ngannou at the main event at TD Garden. Ngannou (11-1, 7 KOs) has won five of his fights since joining the company and all coming via KO/TKO with none getting past the next round. His brutal knockout of top competition Alistair Overeem at UFC 218 might happen to be the most barbarous knockout of this year.
But Miocic remains his calm and collected ahead of his latest challenge. Miocic (17-2, 13 KOs) is also on a five-fight knockout streak and sits only one win short of becoming the longest reigning heavyweight champion in business history.
“I am so used to it by now,” Miocic said during his open work on Wednesday. “I love being the underdog since I shut up everyone. That’s what this game’s all about — it is like’The Jerry Springer Show’… I’m walking out’and still.’ No one (else) is going to be champion until I leave.

BIG MARLEY’S UFC ON ESPN 3 DRAFTKINGS FANTASY BREAKDOWN

This weekend, we’ve got a 12-fight card in Minnesota. DraftKings has some solid competitions for us to acquire a lot of cash from this week. The most important GPP is a $15 buy-in and $25k belongs to 1st place with a total of $130k being paid out. In addition they possess a Qualifier only contest for $175,000. There’ll be 100 qualifiers for that contest and they’ll compete for a $50k first place cost and $175k will probably be spread out between all 100 entries that match. There are only 14 more seats remaining so there won’t be much more time to qualify if you are attempting to. I will try to receive my 3rd chair this week to max it if I can. Those Qualifier only competitions can be actual bankroll suckers, so be cautious chasing those too hard. I will likely stick to the very best GPP this week and then throw a small number of entries at the $25k prize, then I will probably take a few shots at the Q. I will also be posting H2Hs in addition to picking up H2Hs through the week to receive a good amount of drama into money games.
With that said, let’s get into a few plays I enjoy this week Together with my fade of this week:
Cash Game play of this week — Jared Gordon — $9,200
I like Gordon to get the win this weekend and he will be a cash match play of mine personally. There are better fights to target when we are on the lookout for 1st round knockouts however I will be focusing more on people in GPPs. I like the floor and the ceiling of Gordon here and that is why he’s the money play of this week. I don’t think Moret has got the ability to actually examine the chin of Gordon’s that has seemed to be his biggest weakness recently. With the pace Gordon sets I presume he’s 100+ upside into a decision win and I really don’t see him becoming finished here so he should have a good floor. I believe his floor in a win is probably 80+ as well which is completely fine for money games. This is a catchy weak, but this is my personal favorite cash game spot of this week.
GPP play of this week — Francis Ngannou — $8,800
I needed to go with Ngannou here. If he wins it is most likely a 1st round knockout. Which is +100 about the betting line. If he receives that 1st round KO, then he scores over 100 DK points and in his 8.8k salary that will place him on the 25k lineup. He will be quite chalky this week though so be sure to load him up if you are multi-entering if you would like to find leverage over the field. I really do think JDS is a live underdog here as well, so I will be targeting both sides of the struggle, but I really do observe 100-105 DK points coming from Ngannou here and that can beat a good deal of the fighters priced over him.
Underdog play of this week — Junior Albini — $8,000
I truly don’t love this card this week since I’m not picking any actual underdogs with any confidence. Albini is the only man who would be considered an underdog I think will win and I did pick him outright and put 1u on him as my free bet of the week. On DraftKings we are getting him for $200 less than Greene but that I wouldn’t be surprised if Albini was the favorite on the betting line moving into the fights. With these guys being Heavyweights, it does not take much to get a knockout and should Albini can do this at $8k he can give me a run at the optimal lineup.
Fade of the week — Emily Whitmire $8,500
I faded Whitmire in her preceding fight also and she burned me scoring a 1st round entry. I am going back into the fade here though and trusting the same does not happen. On a card where I am choosing basically each favorite, I would rather select the fighters with 1st round knockout upside over Whitmire at her 8.5k price tag. I am not sure that moving into the ground is in her very best interest in this struggle and if she stays standing I don’t see her paying off value in a win. If I had been making 150 lineups this week then I would be taking some shots on Whitmire, but that I will probably only make ~20 and that I will not make my player pool with this many lineups.
Thank you for reading this and great luck this weekend! If you would like my full-card breakdown at which I breakdown every fight on the card and provide my complete DraftKings evaluation, in Addition to all of my pick predictions, you can find that for only $7.99 at this link below:

West Virginia Legal Sports Betting Guide [June 2019]

West Virginia is accepting legal sports gambling wagers after becoming the fifth state to legalize sports betting in the wake of PASPA’s repeal.
Bettors can place bets at any of the state’s five casinos, such as the DraftKings Sportsbook at Hollywood Casino, FanDuel sportsbook in The Greenbrier and William Hill Sportsbook at Mountaineer Casino.
Mobile and online betting is set to go live some time in the summer of 2019.
Whether you are a seasoned wiseguy or simply getting into sports gambling, The Action Network gives the comprehensive guide to legal sports betting in West Virginia.
It didn’t take long for West Virginia sports bettors to be taken home after the landmark Supreme Court decision to strike down PASPA. Last August — less than three and a half a year following the federal sports betting ban was lifted — West Virginia began accepting legal wagers at Hollywood Casino in Charles Town Races.
In doing this, the Mountaineer state, which lacks any professional teams but is a hotbed for college sports, particularly basketball and football, became the fifth country to offer legal sports betting following Nevada, Delaware, New Jersey and Mississippi.
It hasn’t been a smooth initial year for West Virginia legal gambling, as several hiccups have happened along the way. Two Mountaineer sportsbooks and one cellular app suspended operations in early March of 2018 due to legal disputes. As a result, West Virginia betting took a big hit by losing out on March Madness revenue.
Nonetheless, the future stays is brilliant for West Virginian gamblers. The sports gambling bill passed by state lawmakers supports betting at all five of the state’s physical casinos, three of which are fully operational, and it allows for online and mobile app-based betting, which are the future of legal betting and are sure to be an economic boon for the nation (and convenient for sports bettors) once they’re operating at peak capacity.

In order to place a legal sports bet in West Virginia, you need to travel to one of of the five licensed casinos within the state. West Virginia also allows mobile and online betting, but it’s yet to go fully live.
The first three casinos listed below are all 100% operational and now accepting bets. However, Mardi Gras and Wheeling Island are currently not accepting stakes. The two sportsbooks suspended operations in early March of 2019. There is an ongoing legal battle between Delaware North, which conducts equally casinos, and Miomni Gambing, which provides the technology for those sports betting operations.
West Virginian gamblers won’t have the ability to place a legal wager at Mardi Gras or even Wheeling Island before the lawsuit is settled.

Sports Betting Terms + Glossary
Now that we’ve gotten all of the fine print from the way, it’s time to talk about some betting principles. What terms do you need to know? What common mistakes should you avoid?
For a complete record of sports gambling terms click here.
1. Favorites vs. Underdogs
When generating odds for a game, books first determine who’s the favorite and who’s the underdog based on energy rankings, figures, head-to-head matchups, home field advantage and several other factors like injuries as well as weather. The preferred is the more powerful team expected to win the game, although the underdog is expected to lose.
However, to be able to level the playing area, sportsbooks provide dangers and rewards for each, otherwise everyone would just bet favorites all the time. Underdogs receive things and bigger payouts, while favorites provide (or lay) points and also have more expensive rates.
Underdogs will have a plus sign (+) facing their odds while favorites will probably have a minus sign (-).
2. Point Spread
The excellent equalizer. The point spread is a margin of success projection assigned by oddsmakers to encourage balanced betting action on both teams. Say the West Virginia Mountaineers are a 6-point popular (also known as -6) against the Kansas Jayhawks.
If you gamble on WVU, then it needs to win the match by 7 points or more that you win your wager. If WVU wins by 7 points or more, you”cover.” If WVU wins by exactly 6 points, that’s called a”push,” which means you return the money you originally bet. If WVU wins by 5 points or fewer (or loses the sport all together), you lose your wager.
Point spreads are most common in high-scoring sports line soccer and basketball.

3. Moneyline
Having a moneyline, you are only betting on who’ll win the game — no point spread — but it’s corrected for staff strength. Moneylines are offered for all sports, but most frequent in hockey and baseball.
For example, the Pittsburgh Pirates might be -150 favorites against the Cincinnati Reds, who are +140 underdogs. If you wanted to wager the Pirates, then you would need to risk $150 so as to win $100. If the Pirates win, then you win $100, plus you receive the $150 you initially bet back. When the Pirates lose, you drop the $150 you risked.
Subsequently, if you wager $100 on the Reds and they were able to pull off the upset victory, you would win $140, plus get your original $100 wager back. When the Reds lose, you lose $100.
4. Over/Under
Also called a total, it is a wagering option between the combined points scored by both teams in a game. Bettors can bet on whether the match will go over or under the total. Points scored in overtime will rely on the total.
Totals are made by the oddsmakers and corrected with things like pace of play, offensive and defensive performance, specific matchups and more in mind.
By way of example, a school basketball game between West Virginia and Texas could have a total of 145. Should you bet the under, the teams would need to mix for 144 points or fewer in order that you acquire your over/under bet. Should you bet the over, the two teams would need to score 146 points or longer for you to cash.
5. What exactly does -110 mean?
Oddsmakers place a”tax” on each wager, which is generally called the”juice” or”vig”. The juice is the commission you have to cover to the sportsbook for them to accept your wager.
Typically, standard juice is considered -110 — which commonly known as”10 cent juice.”
This three-digit number is listed to the right of the odds on every group. You might see the Pittsburgh Steelers recorded as a 3-point favorite, which appears as Steelers -3 (-110). So you would need to risk $110 so as to win $100 in case you wanted to wager on Pittsburgh.
If Pittsburgh does not cover the spread, you eliminate the $110 you risked. But if they do cover, you win $100, plus you get the $110 you risked back.
Juice is continually being adjusted according to how the game has been bet. If lots of bettors are taking the Steelers at -3, you might see the juice increase from -110 to -120. Basically, books are forcing you to may a higher price in order to wager the popular team. When the Steelers continue be wager greatly, the lineup will next move from Steelers -3 to -3.5.
Juice is also built into moneylines, over/unders and futures odds.
Sports Betting Mistakes to Avoid
Sports betting is not straightforward. If it had been, sportsbooks would go bankrupt and Typical Joe bettors could all quit their day jobs and live as millionaires. Experienced wiseguys know that there’ll always be ups and downs.
The key is staying the course, remaining disciplined and steadily building your bankroll over the course of the long haul.
If you are new to gambling, here are just two common mistakes to avoid.
How to Place a Bet in Person
Alright. We’ve learned the gambling fundamentals, which mistakes to avoid and summarized our bankroll management strategy. Now it’s time to place a bet at Hollywood, Greenbrier or even Mountaineer Casino.
For the uninitiated, walking into a sportsbook or casino for the first time can be intimidating and overwhelming. The lights are bright and it is loud and busy, with hundreds of players watching countless matches on wall-to-wall large screen televisions.
There’s also a huge LED scoreboard demonstrating teams and chances across many different sports. A huge line of players are waiting to put their bets in the cashier, which is popularly known as the”ticket window” or the”window” The last thing you want to do is be the fool who is holding up everyone with no idea what to do.
1. Find a seat
This looks trivial and obvious, but it’s vital. Depending upon the day and what sports are in season, it might be packaged and hard to discover a seat. Locating a good seat will permit you a spot to place up and observe your bets. However more importantly, it provides you your “office” or even”work station” in which you are able to write notes down , break games down and make your picks.
2. Grab gambling sheets
This can be overlooked, but it is critically important. Once you locate your chair, go up front to the ticket window and grab as many gambling sheets as possible. Betting sheets are bits of paper that each sportsbook hands out free of charge detailing each of the games and lines offered.
If you can’t locate them, ask one of the workers at the ticket window. Sheets are printed outside at the morning and the lines will move during the day. By assessing the opening numbers on the sheet to the current lines onto the LED scoreboard, you can gain insight into how the lines have transferred. Circle the games you’re interested in and jot down notes at the margins.
3. Know the game details of your wager As soon as you’ve chosen a wager, you need to know a few housekeeping details before walking up to the window and actually betting it. First, look for the ID number of the game. This will be a number to the remaining game. Also be certain you understand the bet type you are picking: spread, moneyline, over/under (complete ), win total, future, etc..
Don’t forget to have your money ready (most sportsbooks only accept cash) along with the specific amount you are likely to wager. Make it easy on yourself and just bring the betting sheet with you to the ticket window, along with the game circled which you’re gambling.
4. Be courteous and friendly to the ticket author Find the shortest amount and then wait for your turn up at bat. Once it’s go time, smile and say hello to the cashier. Tell them what you’re betting on: offer them the game ID, bet type, amount you’re betting and then hand them the money. By way of example, if you would like to bet $50 on the Patriots as a 6.5-point preferred, inform the cashier:”50 dollars on 137 disperse” (or whatever the correct game ID is for the Patriots).
5. Hold on to your own ticket Once you tell the cashier your wager and give him or her your cash, they may print out a ticket, also known as betting slip or receipt. Before you leave the ticket counter, instantly double check the ticket to ensure it’s the right game number, bet kind, team and amount.
If it’s incorrect, give it back to the cashier in order that they can fix it. Once you walk away, you eliminate all power. You cannot return and ask to alter the ticket after the fact. All sales are final. When it’s right, you are able to walk away from the window and return to your seat to see the game. Make sure that you hang on to your ticket.
6. Cash your winning bet Hopefully you have won your bet and will need to cash your ticket. To accomplish this, return to the exact same area where you placed your bet and get online. Hand the cashier your betting slip. They will scan the ticket and hand you your winnings in cash. If you are not certain if your wager won or lost, there’s no harm in giving them your ticket to scan. If you need to leave town early, do not worry. You can always reverse the ticket above and mail it into the address on the back and they will send you your winnings.
7. Tip your ticket author Should you won your bet, it is a fantastic idea to tip your ticket writer, just because you’d tip the poker dealer in the event that you won a big hand or the delivery driver who handed you your pizza. Not merely is it the ideal thing to do, but you will feel great about yourself, impress your friends or significant other and it’ll set you up with some fantastic karma down the road.
After you’ve put a few wagers in person, you will be an expert very quickly.
Bear in mind, smartphones are allowed in the sportsbook. So be sure to bring The Action Network program with you so you can dive deep into the lines, browse our investigation and track all of your bets.
Shopping For the Best Line
One thing new bettors tend to forget is that not all of sportsbooks have the exact same odds. Some books are more square (catering to casual bettors), although others are more sharp (catering to specialist bettors). Some have greater limits (accepting big figure wagers), while others have lower limits.
The key isn’t limiting yourself to betting at only one sportsbook. Instead, you want to shop around and place your wager in the book that gives you the best number. For instance, if you would like to bet on Marshall, check the marketplace to learn what chances are being posted. Most novels may be showing Marshall in -6 (six stage preferred ), but maybe you find a different publication posting Marshall -5.5.
By taking the opportunity to shop the market, you just got a better number and improved your odds of winning. It may not look like a big deal, but it may make a massive impact over the long haul, turning losses into pushes and pushes into wins.
Legal sports gambling will create line shopping simpler, since you can open an account at a brand new sportsbook hassle-free.

THE MMA INJURY BUG: DIEGO SANCHEZ – THE LAST OF THE SEASON ONE TUF FIGHTERS

When fans consider the season of”The Ultimate Fighter,” Forrest Griffin and Stephan Bonnar instantly come to mind as a result of the instant classic. Therefore, its just suiting that the first ever Ultimate Fighter be the last to leave the UFC. No, I am not speaking about Forrest Griffin. The fight between Bonnar and Griffin during the TUF’s Season 1 Finale single-handedly helped deliver the UFC to the mainstream. Dana White later called it Zuffa’s”Trojan Horse”. Nonetheless, in doing this, it overshadowed the fact that Diego Sanchez was in fact the first ever Ultimate Fighter winner, having defeated Kenny Florian to take home the middleweight TUF crown earlier in the evening. With all of the former cast members on the show either retired or no longer used with the UFC, the only exclusion remains to be Sanchez. The first to be crowned remains to be the last to grace the Octagon. When the contestants were announced for”The Ultimate Fighter 1,” Sanchez was the fighter with the most hype surrounding him. Since the undefeated King of the Cage winner, he backed up that hype in the Octagon winning all four of his struggles, together with three first-round stoppages such as a submission over Florian in the Finale. Even the true main event of that card was completely overshadowed as Rich Franklin scored the biggest win of his career at the time over Ken Shamrock. For the average fight fan Sanchez dominance of this show is easily forgotten as TUF 1 seems like it was forever ago. A lot can happen over a decade, and Sanchez’s lengthy r??sum?? proves it. He has won a lot of fights and lost some, hopped branches, got sailed for marijuana, earned six”Fight of the Night” bonuses and two”Battle of the Year” (2006 Karo Parisyan, 2009 Clay Guida) honours, missing a lightweight name tip to then-champ BJ Penn, altered his nickname from the”Nightmare” into the”Fantasy” and back to the”Nightmare” again and let’s not forget about him inventing the Yes! Cartwheel, simply to mention a few. Total going to war inside the Octagon on 21 separate events amassing as 14-7 record. Based on his age and durability it was almost expected that Sanchez will be the final fighter we see within the Octagon and rightfully so. Much was said about the whole cast of the series to the scope that Dana White stated that he had been basically looking to induct the entire TUF 1 cast into the UFC Hall of fame. It has been a well documented success story deserving of fairy tale type ending. But what remains to be seen by the die hard MMA fans is… IMG_1728Will Diego Sanchez go out with a swan song of epic proportions in hopes of building upon The Ultimate Fighter Seasons 1 already cemented legacy? Diego Sanchez would tell you YES! YES! YES! Looking at Sanchez’s recent time for a fighter, it’s more unlikely that anything of importance will come out of the remaining time of his once famed career. The likely scenario and eventual end game is equal to that of the majority of the rest of the TUF 1 cast members. The consensus is that lots of the TUF 1 cast members moved out with a whimper facing exactly the same troubling realities that Sanchez currently faces a daily basis: injuries and age. Nearly all the contestants basically were forced into retirement. As fans of this UFC, let’s expect Diego Sanchez may break this tendency and go out with a bang as it is likely he won’t go out anywhere near the top. Finishing on a winning note is the ideal case scenario for”The Nightmare” at this stage in his profession. Taking a photo of Sanchez’s professional career, it is likely he will depart the UFC kicking and crying like others before him. What remains to be told is the how and if. An individual can not deny it. The writing is on the wall with no true expectation of championship ambitions in the not too distant future. Sit back and enjoy the last of the TUF 1 display. However, based on Diego’s Sanchez most recent turns of a occasions in his profession prepare for a sad ending. The dropping down in weight courses and layoff because of rehabbing injuries it’s developing a recipe for failure. Basically it won’t be a fantasy come true for the nightmare. Quoting Connor McGregor at 2013:”The guy is a has-been.” IMG_1727Sanchez is expected to confront Ricardo Lamas at a featherweight bout on November 21, 2015 at The Ultimate Fighter Latin America 2 Finale. This will be Sanchez introduction at featherweight regardless of the fact that he was the middleweight TUF 1 champion. Sanchez is expecting to have a run at championship glory despite confronting the longest layoff of his professional MMA profession (1 year 4 Months) and at 33 years old. The layoff is a result of a broken collarbone suffered in training. Many pundits credit the statement that he’s falling a weight class for a means to acquire an eventually struggle against Connor McGregor. However, lots of MMA handicappers see this because of weakness as an effort by Sanchez to remain relevant. Even though many MMA mainstream enthusiasts don’t crown Diego Sanchez since the first Ultimate Fighter, he’s out lasted all of them. Being the youngest of this TUF 1 fighters it continues to function in his advantage but he’s fighting the age old question of time. Irrespective of how durable Sanchez might be, it remains to be seen if he can pass that last test. As his admirable profession rolls on, it is clear Sanchez is no more immune from the injury bug. Still, there needs to be something said for being the last of a dying breed. That accomplishment alone is deserving of all our admiration because it has left us without a doubt that he will always remain to be the roughest of the TUF. The initial Ultimate Fighter to be crowned inside the Octagon and the last to leave.
